I think the KEY point in this is something that everyone is overlooking:

"Rutgers.............. The travel money comes from more than $85,000 donated by alumni and others, including a $25,000 state donation authorized by acting Gov. Richard J. Codey."

Which brings up something that I've wondered for awhile now. Compared to other schools of our size, how does our alumni donations and booster money compare?

hmmmm, would it be unethical to make bowl participation 20% of every final exam this semester?  ;D

if that were to happen i would have a better chance of passing my hebrew final
