Dulcy - who had no more eligibility left. So time for her to go be great in the WNBA. 

Elena - who could have come back, but she played 4 years, and a WNBA draft pick, so no surprise that she gave up that last year. 

1 in the portal who didn't play last season at all. 

1 more probably in the portal, but can't confirm who scored 38 points last season, but not on the USF roster any more. 

With no disrespect, the two leaving aren't a surprise, wish them the best. 

Lots of talent coming back, but losing 2 WNBA Draft picks is always tough to replace. I have no doubt coach will reload.

Really thought Priscilla Williams was going to be a game changer for us when we signed her - a guard with some size. Too bad that just wasn't in the cards. A little surprised Maria Alvarez is returning with all the injuries she's had to fight through.

She and CJF go back to her grammar school days I believe. No way she doesn't come back if she wants to. Still an an asset to the team if healthy. And I know that's been an issue.
