Wyndham hotels are typically very nice hotels... this one is a three-star near the airport, about 5 mi from the stadium.

$66 a night plus tax.  About $150 for two nights.  It's a special "web rate" only available on Wyndham.com.  Free beverages, snacks, and internet if you're a Wyndham By Request member...

this brings up the question...are most staying downtown near the stadium? is that a good area to stay in? or should we just stay further away for 1/2 the price?

Wooly Bully has said that downtown was part of a big urban renewal effort over the past few years.  But now it is a nice part of town.

The Bull Backers are at the Hilton Garden Inn Uptown - about 8 blocks from the stadium.

I wanted to stay Downtown, but the hotels there were just too much for me.  I'll be driving up anyway, so I'll have a car and can go park downtown and pretend.   ;)

This $52 a night deal looks right for me.  I'll be needing a cab anyways to drive me around, so I don't mind being 5 miles from the stadium.

I'm staying at the Hilton center city - downtown.  They had rooms available yesterday.
