If lots are opening earlier than normal it is usually noted in the Trib in that blurb section they have on all the colleges.

I would contact this guy. I've contacted him in the past and he or someone else has gotten back to me same day.

They may open the lots earlier because of the crowd expected. The old mall lot is also an option, that doesn't have a specific opening time.

NEXT FOOTBALL GAME INFO:  The game time for the Saturday USF game against West Virginia is 7:30.  Parking lots open 2:00, gates at 6:00.  There is no TV coverage.  Radio coverage (see below) starts at 7:00.  Tickets are $29, $24 and $20 and are available at ticketmaster.com, by calling 1-800-GoBulls, or at the stadium on game day.  Tickets with the original game date of October 22 will be honored on December 3.

I love parking in the mall lot because you can shoot onto MLK very quickly to get to 275.  I'd love to tailgate with my new truck, but I'm too cheap to buy food and cook it...hehehe
