GaTech used to be in the SEC

yes i know, but SEC basketball is NO WHERE near ACC bball.  

Ga Tech has almost as much $$ coming from bball as they do football.

Why would WVU leave the big east when they just won it?  They sure wouldn't ever win the acc.  For that matter, miami & fsu are having trouble doing so now with the competition which they didn't have before the move.

WVU has a great shot at a BCS game every year now in the new BE.  I also don't see the ACC liking the idea of losing G-Tech at the expense of WVU.

They dont have a link, but Spencer Tillman is the one that discussed it at 1/2time of Florida/Florida State on CBS with Tim Brando breaking the story...

This would be interesting but I don't see the upside to BYU in the PAC-10.

If this did occur...then the Big East would need to just go ahead and expand to 12 teams....North and South.
