I am surprised you missed this, but hard to keep track off CC/JUco players that change schools multiple times. He is probably better than what we currently have now as 3-6 DT. So give him a shot. Nothing to lose here. We aren't fully of 3+ star scholarship players.

Ive never seen a player join a team so late. But he jumped  in the portal in 2021 so he probably walked on. Either way, he has experience and size. I think he will see the field much more than we think.
