Well...now that we've gotten that out of our system...

We are what we are. That's it. We managed to lose to a team with a losing record. And - watching Uconn today - you can see why they have a losing record. I guess I'm more surprised at our record, really.

But...it all works out in the end. We can put this talk of the Sugar Bowl behind us. Imagine the humiliation of losing to [insert legit bowl team here] by a score of 56 to 3 on national TV. That would have done wonders for our program and the Big East as well.

The skunk hats...well...I reckon that today that is quite appropriate apparel.

Face it boys...we would have got found out sooner than later.  The good thing is that now we can start threads about how today's loss impacts Saturday's attendance.

You know what... our defense wouldn't let us lose that bad. You can blame PJ and leave it at that. THE DEFENSE played great. One bad play all game. PJ WAS INCOMPETENT FOR THE LAST TWO SEASOns! PJ you suck!

PJ also had way too many drops/int's that were more on the receivers.

But PJ is NOT the QB we need as a JR . . . need an upgrade.

I blame the cold weather on this loss. I really beleive USF would have handled UCONN if the game was played in warmer conditions. No way does Andre Hall drop that pass. No way does our defense give up that big play early in the game. No way does UCONN return that kickoff for a TD in better weather. The weather got the best of us.

Well...then we're f*d for many years to come...because it's going to be cooler everywhere we play as long as we're in the Big East.

Weather may have been a slight factor, but dumbness cost us this game. 15-10...a loss to a school with a losing record.

The weather ain't that bad.
