Once the 3:30 games are over, if we come out with a win it means that chances are very, very good we will be the 3rd highest ranked team in florida.  When was the last time it wasn't one of the "big 3"?  They better play hard...the loser is going to fall to 4th in florida most likely!

True, and there was a newspaper story a day or two ago about the likelihood of the only state of Florida BCS team being USF and not any of the alleged "Big 3."   ;)

I wonder if we will crack the top 25?  I would HOPE so but I just think we are just too much of an unknown.  Unless a lot of people in the high 20's lose, I don't see it happening.

We have the same number of losses as FSU and all of theirs are to unranked opponents   ;D

Yes!! Too bad these polls are NOT objective.  We are lowly USF when they are FSU!  That is how it is seen outside the USF bubble we live in.  This will change soon though.

Yea, I just looked at that.  ****, I really thought we might be able to squeak in there.  Oh well.  When we beat WVU we WILL be ranked!!  How sweet would that be, finally!

Congratulations on your season.

You probably aren't interested in sharing the love just yet...but it is worth noting that if FSU loses today...and USF wins...

Recieving Votes UCF and Top 25 USF will both finish the regular season with only 1 loss to a non-Top 25 team...USF losing to Pitt, UCF losing to Southern Miss.

Great year for our programs...but the challenge will be what we do next year.  If we can keep the momentum growing.  We've both been recruiting well despite our 4-7, 0-11 seasons...it's scary to think what next year could be like.
