So, USF Bulls you aren't tough.  Have a great camp and then be ready to knock some helmets off!

Surprisingly not last in these toughness rankings, USF probably would have been at No. 12 if there was another team not named Utah Tech on the Cougars’ schedule.

The Bulls were 2-10 last season and have won just three games over two years since Jeff Scott took over and I don’t see a ton of improvement coming. The offense should improve but I’m not going to even question this team as a threat to BYU to begin the season even if it is in Tampa.

I don't gamble.  Is the spread on this game actually 23 points?  Am I missing something?

I don't bet that often. I did a straight bet online with Bovada for USF with the 12 points . I'm not even sure how the money line works.
