I am excited that Trickett wants to run an offense designed around the talent that we have as opposed to trying to shoehorn the players into some vision of what a successful offense should look like

Well I'll say the OC is saying the things I like hearing. 

We are pretty stacked at running back...I'm excited about the potential of this offense.
