when they announcer said she went to a "public college in florida" i knew it wasnt uf or fsu

I am rooting for her. As a conservative I am not going to agree with any Biden pick, that being said. If we are going to get a liberal might as well be a Bull. I also like the idea of another non Ivy School justice on the SCOTUS.

Receiving some bi-partisan praise, seems like a very real possibility

  • “I could have as easily seen Judge Childs be nominated by a Republican than as a Democrat,” said William C. Hubbard, the dean of the University of South Carolina School of Law
  • Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, who supported Judge Childs in that nomination and has heaped praise on her since her name emerged as a candidate for the Supreme Court, said he had told the White House that she could get the support of at least 10 Republicans in the evenly divided Senate
