But seriously, I have no magic solution but here is the reality. Coaching at USF is starting to become a revolving door. The more of this we do the deeper we will sink as we will always be starting over. A handful of wins in two years is certainly depressing but it has only been two years. I have been quite clear that if CJS does not get five wins next year (including beating Orlando Central High School) then he needs to be let go. At least at that point we gave him a fair opportunity (which is important in getting another coach interested), we will have some talent on the team, and the position will be more attractive. We are all eating a **** sandwich right now but also remember this is not a pro team, the players represent USF and I think last week they were not ready mentally, a freshman QB had a terrible game,  and the defensive decisions were even worse than usual. Thus, they all have my support for this next game and next season as well (with CJS as coach). Finally, you can complain about CJS all you want (and I’m not saying that it isn’t justified), but he is getting another year regardless. So why complain? It’s easier to show support for one more year and if he fails then you can slam him and he will probably be gone as well.

Exactly, if he doesn't start getting it together next year it will work itself out.

It is bowling or bust for me.  He has not improved us one bit in two years and I still want him to succeed. I just dont see anything showing me the team or program is in better shaep with him coaching. We all know why the revolving door on coaching was started  and it was the dumbest decision Genshaft ever made and put USF football back to the beginning stages. Lets Go bulls! Prove me wrong Jeff Scott and come up with a game plan that beats UCF.
