Well that's a wee bit hyperbolic. One of the Glazer wives donated $5M for a stadium to the school she's an alum of. With absolutely no data to go on but just a hunch, I'm guessing the total amount of money donated by USF alums to other schools' athletic programs since USF started up football dwarves that $5M ....... that is truly stabbing USF in the back.

Perhaps it is, but Athletics leadership needed to ask for the money. It's a two-way street when it comes to donations. No relationship or outreach would make it hard to have that presence. I was in school in the Big East days, so I only know what I've heard.
