WBB Moves into Top 20

Cincy had played them tough the last few years, but this close game is more a product of USF not performing than it is Cincy giving us trouble. The offense was flowing and we were beating them off the dribble with space and movement in the first quarter. Since then, things have really stagnated and the horrific FT shooting hasn't helped.

Pinzan is a complete head case shooting right now. Air ball from 3. She made one that didn't count because of a foul prior to the shot. But nothing today and she struggled last game. We just can't have good things at USF. I'm in my second bourbon at 3;30. No bueno

The lack of effective double teaming on Thomas is baffling. She is having her way down low and is singlehandedly keeping Cincy in this game. Not happy with the lack of an answer from CJF.

Poor execution, minimal energy, poor coaching = potential loss. We should have beaten them by 30.

If/when Mununga and Leverett foul out we better keep hitting 3's or we are in big trouble.

Well, the 5 quick fouls on Cincy changed everything. Looks like we will hold on to win this one, but it was maddening.

They went away from Thomas down the stretch. Leverett did a good job on her. At least on paper it ends up being a decent margin of victory. That was a good way to finish strong.
