he lives in LA and is just comparing usf to usc, and does not see why we are not having that kind of success

You can't blame Smazza for being pessimistic. We beat Louisville and make it on Espn.com's front page, yet we lost to a crappy team like Pitt.  Rutgers has a better record than Pitt, and didn't lose to lesser teams like Pitt has. Therefore, Rutgers can be considered better than Pitt. We're not playing at home, and we can't seem to win a game on the road. I'm really hoping for a win here, especially after we have had three weeks off to beat the basics back into our heads. And of course, the season is "on the line" at this point. But I'm not holding my breath. Just making sure I've got plenty of beer in case things don't go in our favor, maybe I won't remember the end ;-)
