crazy ending to tonights game against chicago. Has to be one of the latest game winning goals in nhl history.

Since they've gone to this new OT format, there can be none later for a regular season game ....

We have had some dramatic last second goals in our time even in the playoffs a few years ago.....but last night's OT winner crossing the line with 0.1 seconds on the clock was and like an act of God or something.  Never seen anything like it.  And to just get back in the game in the 3rd period after playing pretty crappy the first 2 periods was huge as well.

Its a really tight race in this Division.  Who would have thought we would be battling with Florida, Carolina and Chicago?

****. Was able to get tix to the home opener even though it wasn't part of my mini season tix pkg but the 13th isn't part of that package. I guess it's the fairest way to do it but sucks the building won't be full .... and I won't be there.

Honestly, Jonesy, did not even think of StubHub and am a big user of it., so just checked ......... and I don’t need to be there THAT bad. Maybe if I hadn’t been to the raising in 2004, but the prices are freaking ridiculous

Yeah, I kind of figured the prices would be ridiculous.  Too bad it fell the way it did for you.  But we can still record it while watching it on TV.

Nhl heading back to ESPN. 7 year deal with 25 games on either abc or ESPN along with the Stanley cup playoffs and finals.

The NHL will once again be broadcast on ESPN after the...
