How about Sunday?

Is there any reason why we can't move the game to Sunday?  It appears the storm will be ell into the Atlantic by Sunday afternoon and the Bucs have a bye.

I'd rather play it Sunday rather than sometime in December.

I agree.  I'd rather see Sunday than December, but I doubt that would happen.

Considering teams charter planes, I think that would be feasible.  Stadium available, the Bulls are close to the stadium and with information accessiblity, that should be possible.  Maybe a little too simple of a plan though...I'm sure there's a way to come up with something screwy...that would be much more likely!

if the weather is bad enough to postpone the game from saturday, there is no way the game would be played sunday.  unless the storm completely misses us, there is no way the field/stadium would be in any shape for a game and most people would have alot more important things to do than go to a game.  And WVU would probably not fly down before the storm and there is no way we could make them fly in after the storm and then play sunday

The Times says that Monday is an option...

USF: hurricane worries

TAMPA - Though no official announcement has been made, and with no change to the 7 p.m. game time for Saturday, the USF and West Virginia athletic departments have been talking twice a day about Hurricane Wilma's possible effect on the game.

Both schools would probably prefer the game to be moved to Monday, Oct. 24, because both teams do not play Saturday, Oct. 29.

according to the USF notes in the St Pete Times this morning, Monday the 24th is an option, I wouldnt mind Monday Night (College) Football, and of course this is if the storm keeps its current track, in which us Floridians know will be close, but not exact
