Brandon Baker's punt that flew 70 yards in the air, from our own 30 yard line.  1 yard shorter, would have been out at the 1/2 yard line.  :o

I must say the UL fans were very gracious and friendly.  Tailgated next to a group of their students who were asking lots of questions and talking to us the whole time without doing beer shooters and screaming at my kids.  After the game, many older UL fans were congratulating the Bulls.  What a change a week makes!

I am always going to have respect for the UL fans and their program. They travel well, and they are very classy to USF. UL has really supported USF being included into the BIG EAST, so there is a nice friendly rivalry that both schools enjoy. Likewise for Cincy right now. Thanks again to Cincy and UL for Bullieving in USF for the BIG EAST.

E.T. did you rush out onto the field?? Were you wearing a #97 jersey? I think I ran into you and we had a nice high five, I was the big guy with the glasses and USF hat (as if that narrows it down)

Re: comment on the Cardinal fans.  True...classy.  Especially after last week's demonstration.  UCF is not worthy of being a rival...I'll take the 'Ville.  Even if they are several states away.

Yes, the Cardinal fans were a very, very classy group of people.  During the little cheerleaders' halftime performance they politely stayed in their seats and they all cheered for the kids.  Before the game the cheerleaders did the usual tailgating and mingling and quite a few of their fans stopped and talked to us and wanted to take pictures with us.
