A blast from a few seasons ago......Assistant coach Murry Bartow will be the interim coach for the rest of the season. Bartow's father, Gene, succeeded Hall of Fame coach John Wooden at UCLA in 1975.

I liked Murry when he took the interim job here and thought he had a shot at the full time gig.  Glad the way things have turned out so far for us

Loved the way things turned out here so far, too ..... but wouldn't it be interesting if Murry gets the full time gig there after not getting it here.

That makes sense. Wonder if Murry stays, or has an opportunity to stay, this time ....

I am happy for him, he now gets to add his name to the lists of head coaches of the most storied program of them all, and extra special considering his father's name is already on that list.

He did good for USF keeping our team together and players playing hard in a really bad situation. I wish him nothing but the best.

Happy for Murry.  He should have gotten the job here but it worked out with us getting CBG.
