Officially, noise makers are not allowed at any USF football game.

It does not specify noise makers or bells, only horns.  However, I would caution those who wish to bring a bell since I am sure there will be some overeager ushers and/or security who will not know about the OOC rule and therefore think they are not allowed.  All I am saying is that if someone complains about your noise, and you get into a pissing duel with someone about the rules,  they can ask/tell you to leave.  You may win the battle in the long run but you have ruined the game for you and those around you.  Just a thought.

The noisemaker rule is not a TSA rule.

USF Athletics has told me -- and I can't find this in print anywhere -- that noisemakers are prohibited at all football games.

I'm not saying don't bring them... just recognize that there is a chance they could be confiscated.
