USC doesn't have anyone the caliber of Hall, and if we have any capability of passing on you, which we should, then we'll be going back and forth between rushing and passing. With that in mind, I'd agree with your assertion that UCF's control of the clock might be one of the keys to the game. However, for you to control the clock might be difficult against our defense. How good is your starting running back?

"I totally agree, which is why UCF must play good offense which in my mind is a ball possesion game plan with short passes and a decent running game. Regarding UCF's starting RB, we don't know who will start against USF. RB Dontavious Wilcox started against USC but received a concussion early and did not return. Backups Jason Peters (6'2", 230) and Kevin Smith 6'0", 195) combined for approximately 90 yards on 26 carries the rest of the game against USC, and looked pretty good doing it. Therefore this entire game rests on whether or not USF's run defense can stop UCF from running the ball. Last year USF's run defense was suspect, and Penn State's Tony Hunt got 140 yards on 15 carries and the WR's did well on misdirection reverses. I think that gives UCF fans some idea that USF can be run on. If USF can stop the run and make Moffet try to beat them by himself, well, that may be tough although he has improved quite a bit from last year. It could be close either way, or it could be a blowout. If USF scores less than UCF, they lose. Conversely, if USF can hold UCF to less points than they put on the board, I predict a USF victory. You'll see that I am absolutely correct. Call your bookies now!! ;D

I agree and it is nice to see the opponents fans say so....unlike last week for both of us when USC fans and Penn St. fans were both predicting blowouts.......I am interested in the spread......what do you think it will be when it opens?
