Ok first a disclaimer: I am dam glad my team won last night and that we are 6-0. Yep, I was lit up and vocal for a lot of that game watching how inept we seemed to play. I'll need to say three Our Fathers and five Hail Mary's so I don't go to hell in a hand basket....but, we won. I just can't join in with the naysayers on fire this, bad that, doom and gloom. We're 6-0. 

Tulsa D.. Anybody else see the head/helmet tackling going on?  It was so much more frequent and apparent in this game. Most of their tacklers went head high take downs. Luckily on the one on Barnett he didn't get hurt. Aggressive way to coach for injury.

Noticed that too. I'm not even sure what is considered to be unacceptable tackling these days. 🤔

Tulsa’s D has been pretty good all year.  I believe they were giving up about 380 yards a game going in to Friday night.  Held Texas to 28 and was 9 points up on Houston in the 4th.  Also, we run pretty much the same offense as they do so they see it every day in practice.

The best medicine for a shaky offense is a UConn defense.  Time to get **** straightened on Saturday.
