BullDoug Posted August 16, 2005 Group: Member Topic Count: 469 Content Count: 4,451 Reputation: 52 Days Won: 0 Joined: 12/27/2001 Share Posted August 16, 2005 CD has more experience than Hill for the simple fact he participated in spring football and I’m sure he did not waste the 2004 football season even if he ran the scout team.I wouldn't call playing the scout team a waste but he didn't use the USF system.  When I played (way back in the day) the scout team QB ususally a frosh went with the D when the teams splits and that QB saw zero coaching w/the OC or QB coach.  D coach would have him run the other teams plays.  I know this because I was a 3rd string DE/LB that played on the scout OL.  Tell you what that is some boring crap for a 19 yr old to do, run the scout team for 90 mins. The word coming out of camp is that PJ worked hard in the off-season and is better and that no toher QB has taken the job from him. Have you been to practices?
