JMK Posted July 1, 2018 Group: Member Topic Count: 3 Content Count: 4 Reputation: 0 Days Won: 0 Joined: 09/04/2010 Share Posted July 1, 2018 (edited) Why isn’t there a big marketing push for our new Addidas contract? Am I the only one who has been searching the internet today for the new merchandise? The marketing department should have had a count down clock and put together a promo sale @midnight when the deal was official. There isn’t any new merchandise on any website Edited July 1, 2018 by JMK

Only real problem I see is the UnderArmour shop link is still up with one USF item remaining. The USF Team Store link is no longer a store. We have change underway. I honestly did not expect to see anything today. Frankly it's a much smaller deal than UA gave us, I'm setting my expectations reasonably.

We’ll start seeing things soon enough. How did under armour roll our their product when we signed with them?

The team store was run by Barnes and Noble, who had the bookstore on campus for the past 15 years. They lost the bid for a contract extension, so the team store and the bookstore are starting with new management today. No idea the lag time, but I can confirm that Barnes and Noble was still moving stuff out on Friday, so it may take a week or so to set up new stores as the only thing that remains is the building, everything inside was owned by the Barnes and Noble. I am guessing the team store in the dome and the online shop are going to come along, but the first focus will be getting the main bookstore up and running.
