He will be signing tomorrow.

Looks like it will be either USF or ECU.

He visited USF last.

Crystal ball predictions all have him picking ECU, but they were made before he visited us.

Yesterday on 247 he was listed as 3 stars at .8333.

I'm also convinced if a bigger name school is recruiting a player, the rating services will give him a bump in ratings because he has to be good for Big School X to be interested in him.  They cater to the bigger schools because they have more fans who will pay money to read about how good their recruiting class is.
