In a similar stretch, from 2011-2014, we won only 14 in a G5 conference.  

ISU's streak doesn't tell us much other than they've gotten a lot of $ for sucking so bad.

Even P5 conferences need their peons, too.

Definitely don't think we've hit our ceiling but I do think we're right where we probably should be entering our 21st year of football existence ...
