I'm very sorry to see you go Coach Taggart.  I fully get it and I would do the same thing.  I appreciate all that you did to bring relevancy back to USF Football and I know you'll continue to close watch on the program.  You did a great job of continuing to improve the APR, instilling a great work ethic culture and winning. 

USF needs to find a coach that will build upon these things. 

Additionally, USF needs to address the attendance woes.  It's easy to place blame on the weather, the Bucs, Lightning, coverage by the local newspaper and reporters, poor scheduling, more established schools, lack of an OCS and I could go on and on.  At the end of the day poor attendance played into this decision and that sits squarely on the shoulders of Mark Harlan.  In a town of 3M people the fact that USF gets 19K (.0063% of the Bay's population) to show up is a fail of epic proportions.

The product is solid and entertaining, yet no one shows up and the city of Tampa and its surrounding areas just don't care about USF.
