I see 6 hotels listed on the website My bad, I'm assuming the Sheraton and the Westin downtown are the team hotels. I think the Bulls stayed at the Sheraton last time and ECU stayed out near the suburbs/golf course (maybe the Hyatt). But I don't think the Westin was built 10 years ago. I could be wrong about this, I'm going off of vague memory and assumption, so don't hold me to it. In the absence of any confirmation from an official source, I rolled the dice on these 2 hotels. Two listed on hilton website, what street is it on? Thanks I'm staying on the one at 2300 Woodcrest Pl, Birmingham, AL 35209. The one in Hoover is about 20 minutes south. I also see that the one in Hoover has higher rates than I got at the Woodcrest location ($118 for Wed, $134 for Thurs.).

Then, when the confirmation arrived I found out that I had booked in at the Hyatt Regency in Birmingham UK! At first they refused to cancel the reservation and that I would have to pay the full amount. However, after speaking to a supervisor who contacted the Hyatt in England, I was granted a complete cancellation refund. We finally ended up making reservations at the historic Cobb Lane Bed & Breakfast in downtown Birmingham, ALABAMA! PS. As to the Hyatt Regency in Birminham, Ala, I did check with them directly. They told me that they only had one room available which was a suite for $600+/day.
