SMU takes the ball down the field, but can't quite punch it in.  Had to settle for a FG.  Looks to me like the coach got conservative.

SMU D is on point tonight so far. Wish they would have got more than 3 on their first drive but they're getting the ball back around midfield for drive #2.

WR "flea flicker" resulted in a 15-yard sack after a great punt return... TCU has to punt from the SMU 40-yard line and downs it at the 2.

SMU managed to force TCU to kick a 46-yd FG...

3 to 3 ...  1st quarter almost over.

TCU has no first downs... just two really good punt returns.

SMU's OL is a sieve... but they did manage to get a couple of first downs and the punt was downed inside the TCU 5.
