I'd think Florida is at the bottom of the list, while Schnellie maybe Bowden would be at the top due to retirement...Who gets turned over first and not out of retirement, but a firing? That's a tough one... They are in dire need of early success to validate themselves as I-A.

I would say Schnelly might be the first to go.

They made a big splash last year with a 9-3 record and did really well a couple of years ago.I'd be very pleased if I was FAU's AD. FIU, however, looks like they are running the other way. I see them struggling for a while.

I think it'd be Strock if you're talking purely performance/expectations but Schnelly if age/health is the whole concern. I think that Bowden's tenure plays into both. He sure as heck isn't going to be terminated but the expectations are such that losing to UF (more likely with Urban Meyer, imo) and a bowl game loss may start the quiet pressure to step down from the boosters. I think that if Joe Pa were to leave PSU and guarantee BB's win lead, he'd leave sooner, rather than later and have to deal with that.Of the coaches that would tend to be 'hired away' for good performance in their current schools, I think O'leary is more likely than Leavitt because of CJL's local ties and 'fatherhood' of the program.Performance-only:Strock - poor performanceO'Leary - a better record (5-6 wins) this year will make him attractive to a BCS program. 0-4 wins will move him just above Meyer because of his contract.Bowden - high expectations and losses to UF, nepotismCoker/Leavitt/Schnelly - Solid records, overallMeyer - good coach, lots of money/support.Age:BowdenSchnellyCokerO'LearyStrockLeavitt/MeyerOverall WAG:Strock - performanceBowden (if Joe Pa leaves) - leaves on topSchelly - age/healthO'Leary - hired awayCoker Leavitt Meyer - honeymooning in GNV
