As far as "new recruits" they better come in as studs because COA hasn't developed any shooters or ball handlers in his two years. He was also a freshman and it it going as the year went on, even if he didn't start off strong.

Troy, NJIT, George Washington, 1st game against Cincy, and probably one game versus UCF. So at least 5 games but maybe 6 or 7 depending on how good Holston plays. I guess it's just another sign of how low the program has sunk when people romanticize about the "Holston" days. If nothing else Holston is a consistent ball handler that will lower some of the turnover numbers, same with Peters. When you only have 1 consistent ball handler turnovers are going to happen. Guess USF is where careers come to take a tumble. When was the last time one of our head coaches in any sport was hired away to somewhere better? JoshuaG Posted March 3, 2016 Group: Member Topic Count: 19 Content Count: 707 Reputation: 70 Days Won: 1 Joined: 04/28/2014 Share Posted March 3, 2016 Some of these coaches, ECU's coach and Memphis off the top of my head, have had 5-6 years to build their team. Get continuity and progress freshmen to seniors. COA won't get that chance. Just let the guy put a **** team together! We were completely devoid of talent last year aside from AC (who wasn't a shooter btw), CAJ (suspended last three games), and Perry (out with heart condition), and somehow hold that with this horrible injury prone season and say screw it, bye. Who is supposed to want this job with a record of just evicting coaches every second year?
