Don't forget to factor in the far greater talent that Heath had to start with over Antigua as well. Nobody on this season's team would probably start on Stan's 1st USF team, certainly not on his 2nd team that finished 9-22. The top 8 guys on that team are all better then the top 8 on this current team. All wait they don't even have a top 8 to even compare to.

This isn't what Antigua had to start with.  This is two years in.

So if Antigua is a great recruiter then that would make Mac/Stan super awesome recruiters, then?

I still insist this must be The Bizarro Vega.

And Stan's 2nd year roster dominates COA 2nd year roster talent wise.

Sure, and Stan had nothing to do with that, and neither did COA.

How many years before a basketball coach begins to recruit?  Five?  Six?

And if Stan inherited such good recruits, how come McCallum couldn't win with those guys even in CUSA?

You are losing your little remaining credibility with each pos.

Nah, it's the same Vega. Still trying to make his little digs at Stan and still clueless as to the essence of USF basketball ...

This is one recruitin season, don't inflate saying two years like he's had that long to craft his team. This coming class will be his second recruiting class

He also said that Stan walked into a good roster. Now I didn't watch back then, but by his verbiage he is indicating that Stan walked into a better roster, not recruited one in one class.

Seeing as recruiting was rounded up by the time he was hired, two seasons to begin recruiting. I could respect positions with good numbers behind them to support their wild conclusions, but you are just tossing around random numbers.

I thought Cousins was but wasn't sure about any others. Juco is a quick fix to a bare cupboard - can only imagine where we would be without COA bringing in a couple of Juco players.

Manderson this coming year too.

Maybe Duke should fire their coach.  That guy can't recruit.  From an article in today's TBT about Miami's win last night,

"Injuries have left Duke with just a seven-player rotation that includes four freshmen, and they've dropped four of their past five games."
