Not in a negative way that I can see. Possibly positive if owners take an interest in partnering like Vinik has.

IMO, that would be an ideal spot.  The biggest problem is re-locating the people.

Can we merge this thread with the one about USF spending hundreds of millions of dollars to convert the Trop into a retractable roof football stadium instead of building an OCS?
