Things are going to get better. I just saw the Pope wearing Green and Gold in New York on TV.

The Oracle article was dead on.

And this "Learn to Win" phrase he keeps saying I am starting to think is just Coach Speak BS.

You mean the one that, in one breath, called Md a bottom feeding Big Ten team and the next breath said we missed out on a signature win ... Read like a more well written post game entry from this board.

Expected rebuttal: "We've sunk so low that it WOULD be a signature win."

I believe it said it would be Taggart's signature win. And it would be his first P5 win while at USF.

Wow.  We are trashing university students learning their craft now?

Nobody's signature win should be over a bottom feeding team.

Expected rebuttal: "It IS Taggart we're talking about."

Pretty sure it was just aimed at me. I guess Trip doesn't consider USF's first win EVER over a Big10 team, Taggart's first P5 win, would not be a team signature win even if they are currently a "bottom dweller".

You must be pretty sensitive to call that "trashing" .... and as a student, he should be used to having his work critiqued.

So do you consider USF's signature win to be against the 7 win (4-4 AAC) FSU team they beat or the 8 win Notre Dame, neither ending the season ranked? 7 wins, 4-4 in conference was Maryland's record last year. Edited by slick1ru2
