We lost 3 conference games after being ranked 2 but that is hardly the *reason* for the long term slide. This isn't rocket surgery; bad management, a bad football hire, and a changing landscape were the downfall.

 

Everyone knows that... I'm not sure what you mean *reason.  I think what Taggart is talking about is the talent level when he got here... which was ****** at best.  I'm basing my judgement of Taggart this season... without a roster of Holtz guys and attitudes.  Everyone is so busy trying to figure out how we got here, we're missing the most talented team we've had since 2010.

I think he's responding to an earlier post by BourbonBull, which is why you should always Quote when going back like that ... not everybody buys into those three things.
