Far as I can tell, pretty solid.  They've pretty much thrown the entire playbook at him.  He studies it all the time, and by all accounts seems to be on track to start Week 1.  

 

It also helps to finally have a reputable offensive coordinator rather than a QB coach calling plays who pretty much drowned in his own incompetence early in the season.  

Just curious, who do you think the Bucs should've had calling the plays?

I think you misread my post.  I'm not saying the Bucs had other realistic options.  The whole Tedford situation sucked, and I'm just stating a fact that Marcus Arroyo was in wayyyy over his head from the beginning.
