    I wonder if ACC/FSU wanted no part of us and the powers that be wanted to keep them away. Seeing as their team is in disarray , no coach, we would probably kill them so they thought it was best to avoid us because I see no reason that a USF/FSU match up couldn't have been made if the main objective is Money for bowl games.

    I for one feel good.. no way Aresco is not going to get us a good opponent ( at least better than Navys) he wants the AAC top teams to be able to prove themselves so I feel good about this

    that would suck .. its probably the only bowl I cant go to.. How much are tickets from Tampa to Hawaii?

    wow that does seem harsh for the gasparilla bowl.. maybe they think a lot of fans in the Tampa area don't have to travel so they can afford it? Thats the only reason I can think of

    Problem is those P5 teams are going to start avoiding the top teams of the American. They have no incentive to play us. If they don't play us they still have a shot to go to the playoffs but if they do theres a chance they lose. After the Houston season last few years, these teams are going to avoid us like the plague. (See Michigan St and Wisconsin vs US). Its a lose lose situation. Even Harlan had a tweet about him trying to schedule top teams for us and them ducking us.

    I would go if we play FSU. Maybe Louisville .. Would not go if we play Virginia

    I really like where this is going. More people especially from our conference should speak up and bring national attention to this.

    I love Taggart and Levitt and will always be grateful for what they did. Wish them all the success in the world as long as it isn't for another Florida school.. The minute the step foot in the state F.. Them..

    Im just hoping this wasn't all in vain. I know Charlie wants his Defense and his type of players here and im willing to wait for him to get those but this year he should of just kept the system the same for the personnel we had. At the least where was all this offense the previous games? we would of never lost to Houston if he let Q loose like he did against C. My point Is I know he wants speed on a dominant defense which I believe he will get us too and as upset as I am now I will forgive him if he brings that to us. But so help me God if he leaves before then because he was handed the keys to this years team and it was ready and ripe for the taking but they failed.

    Honestly can’t hate. We were surrounded by C fans and all but one was hospitable. Talked to some before the game and offered them drinks and food. I had a great time. Even my gf who hates college football was saying we should come back again next year. ( had to tell her how the scheduling works)

    Ive been to Irish 31 for some games . You usually get a crowd of 30 + people which is not bad considering the place is not that big. They have pools and other prizes.

    Nope .. not concerned at all.. then again I've never been over there. People need to stop being such pansies. Don't be belligerent and keep your cool. If some one acts up and is embarrassing themselves (fans of both teams) then they should be put in their place by their respective friends. Its all about good competition and some competition don't ruin it for the normal people who are there to have a good time. Win or lose.. point blank. Ill be tailgating right in the stadium with friends and hope to meet chill fans of both teams.

    2 season? Perfect ! Just enough time for them to leave us and get a new job. If his offense takes 2 years to learn he better stay here for at least 4 yrs smh ..What a bunch of baloney
