    Wouldn't be surprised to see a double reverse to hopkins. This is probably a game where we see 40+ run plays to grind it out and keep Teddy off the field.

    We need a ground and pound style offense since our O is struggling so Tice and Davis should be featured until Shaw returns. I'm not sold on Pierre yet.

    For God's sake! Play Willie Davis! Tice looked good, but Willie Davis needs a bigger part in this season- he's better than he is being given credit for...

    We need an indoor practice facility. It's sad that UCF has an indoor facility and we don't.

    That last UConn timeout was bad but at least it was a new QB/Coach. I hope they win a few games this year. That UConn QB will be a good one.

    I wondered when we'd see Davis. He was the best RB in the spring game. That first down where he dragged 7 guys was awesome. I hope to see him get more carries this year.

    Yea. Losing to 0-4 UConn after that big win will suck the life right back out of this season. They need this win to have any momentum for the remaining home games in November. Nobody expects anything against Louisville so a win Saturday gives us something to play for. Might as well be a playoff game for who will be last place this year. Loser gets this year's Hall of Shame Trophy and as a consolation a guaranteed spot in the bottom 10 for the rest of the year.

    What offense does Jim Mora run at UCLA? I don't know what they're doing out there but man it's workin good.

    That fumble in the endzone is on the TE not the RB. #80 runs right between two Miami DLs and the RB picked up the inside guy. The O line did a little better but still need all the help they can get. At least 3 times in every game Im seeing Guys run fullspeed and untouched at our QB.

    They can't cover deep so they might as well blitz and hope for drops/bad throws. Joyce should be a linebacker.

    A win over Cincy would be a huge upset. We'd have to be +3 in turnovers to pull that off. And all 40+ yard punts. I'll take an ugly win.

    I like to see at least 2 new juco O-linemen next year. Guys that have a lot of experience with pass protection.

    Gary Shelton wrote that Taggart was "as 0-4 as his team was" that says it all. Even Taggart himself admits the first four games have been a disaster that he's responsible for. The only question is whether or not he can improve enough in time to avoid being fired. I don't think he can win with this team, this year and I don't think he'll be fired for an 0-12 season. If he doesn't get this team looking and playing like a 6-6 team next year then I'll be on the "Fire Willy" bus but until then I'll show up on game day and watch it play out.

    Maybe we should build a 15k seat stadium for the loyal diehards and to hell with the flip floppin band wangoners.

    To me you give them to a friend/family or you eat them. Season tickets to a college team is a donation. Resale doesn't help anyone. There should not be a visiting team fan in the student section, alumni section or donor section. I agree. Unless family or close friends. I'm not gonna refuse to take my dad since he's Rutgers Alum.

    I just met Steve's family. Very nice people. They were wearing those shirts which was great to see.

    Besides Q.Eatmon, our O Line is a youth movement so there's hope that they'll be the biggest improvement as the year goes on. I'm sure they focused on improving pass protection during the off week. I think Darell Williams is prone to get pushed around and should spend more time in the gym. Jacques is a senior but I don't think he's played a lot until this year. They'll get better.

    Very sad. I never met him in person but I respected and admired his support of the program. He was truly one of us.

    Who needs a QB with this offense. Just direct snap to Eppes or Shaw and put Todd Chandler out there as an extra blocker. How many passes are we completing? 3 for every pick six/fumble?

    The last time I left a home game feeling good about our defense was the 2011 Miami game. I hope they show up and play one time this year at that level. I just hope they can contain the big plays. Morris will be looking for the big play all day. I'm sure he'd like to complete another 87 yard pass against us. and if Duke can break into our secondary...I don't want to think about Joyce tackling in the open field all day. On Offense, I hope our punters had a good off week and are ready. They'll be very busy Saturday.
