The latest projection has the storm going a little further south and developing into a stronger storm before hitting the east coast later on Monday morning. No impact on our game but could cause some trouble for those of us traveling up to Atlanta early.

I only found out after speaking with our ticket office. I work from home and was almost certainly here when the UPS driver would've come by. I'm thinking a delivery attempt wasn't actually made.

I want to say one of the Horne returns during the GaTech game but I honestly don't remember them that well. Even the wins from last season were a blur for me. Pro tip: have an infant if you want to forget a bad football season. This may require some prescience and planning.

Has anyone else not received their tickets that were purchased through USF? Seeing all of these posts about folks receiving their tickets has me wondering if mine got lost in the mail.

This was news to me too. It isn't for everything. On the site, it's described as "preferred pricing on all the kitchen and laundry appliance brands it sells nationally."

Teggart's a name I'll never forget. The games were always silly and seemed to always end with a Teggart field goal to give us to loss. Hate that guy.

The discount listings are mostly generic because there's a lot of them that vary depending on where you live. After signup, there's an app that shares all of the discounts. I think it would be easy to cover the cost of an annual membership with these offers. In an extreme case, I recently spoke with someone who saved hundreds of dollars on their new fridge because of our discount with Home Depot. In addition to discounts, membership serves as an entry-point to some services that require a USFAA membership. The two that come to mind are USF Federal Credit Union and USF Campus Recreation. Note: the campus rec access is the ability to purchase a membership, not the membership itself. I chat with a lot of people about membership and whether or not they should do it. When these conversations occur, I like to talk more about the impact of membership than the discounts and other benefits. As the association's mission states, the goals of USFAA are to help Bulls make an impact on USF and student success, protect USF, share pride, and stay connected. Membership dues help in all of these areas. Does this mean someone needs to have a smartphone in order to attend the game with a ticket purchased in advance? It's an edge case but one that I'm technically going to encounter this season. In my case, the solution will be to give one of my season-ticket cards to the person who won't have a smartphone for that game.
