    Just curious, when was the last season Tech ran a conventional offense? When you guys were co- national champions it was not an option offense was it?

    Just rewatched the game. It was not as bad as I thought. After the opening drive the D really settled down. At the start of the 4th there were a lot of subs. The starting LBs went back in for goal line in the two TDs but it was too late.

    That was Nico Sawtelle. He seemed to get sucked in too close to the line and his reads were bad as he would hit the wrong gap. This did not happen all game but he had issues.

    Everyone in Tampa should go outside every day this week at noon for two hours to train your body. . I know winters down there are great but I left because of the heat...I just can’t deal with it.

    That second game in Statesborough GA was tough. They had an NFL drafted back who shredded us...as I recall.

    Not much mobility but a decent arm. He transferred from South Carolina so he had two years with us. You can still see some of his games in YouTube. His senior year was very good.

    We actually played him twice while he was at GSU. The first game in Tampa we scored late. An extra point sends the game to OT two but CJL decided to go for two. We did not make it. The next year we lost at GSU.

    Actually it is on now through Monday morning at 8:00am. It could be on tomorrow. As a mater of fact I suspect that it will be. If you have a Twitter feed check Derek Sharp’s feed or follow USF Bulls Unlimited and they will post a schedule.

    Get the iHart USF app if you don’t have it already. They will be replaying the game this week. Sam did an outstanding job. He is a natural, informative, and provides excellent points during the game. Much more talkative than Mark.
