The only real silver lining I could take away from this car crash was seeing the true freshmen on the field. They showed some spark at times and demonstrated how bad the talent recruited by Strong was/is. McClain was able to come in and get the offense moving better than Fortin and Horn was able to get great separation a couple of times. Honestly when the two best players are true freshman that says a lot about the current team but also the fact that we are being recruited to improve which is a good thing. Our biggest problem IMO is the current talent on the field, but if we can take a couple more recruits like McClain and Horn, and watch them grow and develop, we could be decent again (or at least better than the steamin' pile of dog **** currently on the field right now). **** you Charlie Strong.
