Not really a negative Nancy to state the truth... I like Flowers as a player, he is dynamic and makes the offense fun to watch, but he really is a terrible passer. There is nothing wrong with admitting it. Yesterday was the exact reason back in spring ball I said Woulard would have a shot at taking #1 spot if he showed better promise as a passer, yet I caught so much flack. However, i believe he is fine for the competition we face in the AAC outside of possibly Houston. Flowers just isn't a good enough QB to win statement games against big time programs imo.
With that said is he good enough to win the AAC? Yes and that's all that matters at this point.
