    THIS, SO MUCH THIS! I'm not a big Flowers fan but he didn't do anything to lose us that game outside of a few times he took sacks. He wasn't the problem and has only been a problem in 1 game so far this year which was FSU. Flowers can lead this team to an AAC title, or at least contention. I can't say the same for our garbage defense...

    We're talking about Temple with an average back and supposedly inferior talent across the board. Not Pitt with Lesean Mccoy & Dion Lewis, or Rutgers with Ray Rice and Oregon with Jonathan Stewart.

    I'm not happy about the chance at st pete bowl but it's another game to watch USF that's close enough to attend. I'd go.

    Worst part is Flowers injury negates the biggest part of his game. He isn't worth putting on the field if he can't run tbh. Hope Kean is ok.

    If you can't win a game while scoring 30 points, you don't deserve to win EVER. Even with the offense looking poor at times, this loss is 100% on the worthless pile of chit we call a defense.

    DL is certainly not as good as last years, but even the LB's are missing tackles 24/7 and out of position. The entire defense is poorly coached. FIRE WOODIE!

    Defense looks much more athletic than their offense but just out of position so far. I think we'll make some defensive plays as the game goes on.

    Leaning towards this sentiment as well. He's from the area so his family is here, gets paid a good amount already, has the team on the right track, and can make a name for himself here. Just seems logical to stay but then again each coaches ambitions are different.

    Davis would excel in this offense. Shame he was wasted in Holtz years.

    Uconn for all their problems consistent problems on offense has always had a solid defense. Should be a good game, but i think our offense is too strong for them this year.

    A noon game for anything other than a top school won't draw students. They're the worst of the worst when comes to fair weather fans.

    Absolutely disgusting and pathetic. I feel bad for these players and coaches. They deserve better. Best team we've had in 6 years and this how the fans treat them?

    We'll be fine unless storm makes a freak turn west. Temps should be good and no rain. Not too thrilled that weather.com has humidity still high until Sunday though. Shows 74% for Sat and 60% for Sunday...
