  1. I do stand corrected - thank you for pointing out the egregious error on my part
  2. That stat is pretty impressive, considering USF has only had 5 head coaches
  3. No halter top and yoga pants? Come on Michael, I thought that he was 100% committed
  4. I caught the 4th quarter - they had a nice 13 or so point run to break the game open They got a bit sloppy toward the end though - turning the ball over against the press in the last 2 minutes. Fortunately, Cincinnati is a bit of a dismal team, so it did not make a difference
  5. Ok - do it up in the Spring, as long as CJS goes into Fall Camp with a clear #1 (unlike the past 2 years) Not sure what he has seen in Marsh - he has not shown much when given an opportunity
  6. Great to hear he is making a career in football - one of my favorite former players and a great overcoming adversity story
  7. Must have been a heck of a press to hold us to 12 second half points - Jose’s not going to win many games doing that
  8. I was not able to see the game, but it looks like the wheels really came off - 27% shooting (10% behind the arc) The rebounding seemed ok and 17 turnovers were not a killer, so was it poor shot selection or were they just not falling?
  9. Game against UF is at 12, then the BB team at 2 vs UCF - could be a nice double header
  10. Wow those guys are polite - thank you, respectfully disagree, etc. If CJS reads TBP, it must be culture shock for him Interesting that the TBP thread on this topic is longer than the Clemson one Also, there is a guy on there who says he is a former referee and that there was no intent I am also a former referee (500+ games worked at the youth, HS, college and semi-pro level) - I never saw a play like that live (including another 500 or so games I played in or watched as a spectator) While he may not have intended to put the guy in the hospital - that was no accident and he 100% meant to hit him (despite what Collins said post game) 1 game is light - 2 or 3 would have been more appropriate
  11. Geez I am guessing Collins felt he got fouled on the steal, but nothing justifies cutting a player on a fast break I wonder if the ACC will suspend him (if for some reason Clemson does not take action)
  12. In addition, UCF will be either Nov 25 or 26 Got to figure that either Temple or Cinci will be in November as well (the AAC seems to like to send us north in the cold)
  13. Take away the 3-pt attempts and we shot 46% from the field, hitting multiple mid-range jumpers If we had taken 2-pt shots instead of 3s, we probably would have had 4 additional field goals for 8 points. Hit a few extra free throws or cut down on our 13 TOs and USF wins this game I do not get why Gregory doesn’t just gives up the 3 pointers all together
  14. Congratulations! Are you ready to step up to the next challenge? https://www.thesockscharity.com/events/2nd-annual-socks-century
  15. 8-0 run by UC to close-out the half Hopefully, Gregory addresses the shot selection during half time - there were at least three fast breaks when we pulled-up for a 3-pt shot (which we missed)
  16. Are you suggesting that maybe USF Athletics should be utilizing some of the establishments on Dale Mabry in-order to wear-out opposing team players?
  17. The real difference tonight was the defense - Greene took some hard charges and Chaplains defensive play with 7 seconds left was really the nail in the coffin
  18. Well, they are 7-14 after tonight, which is a .333 winning percent - they have 9 games left, plus at least one In the AAC Tournament Statistically, they should finish 10-21
  19. Back to back mistakes by Temple - first the charge taken by Chaplain and they letting 5 seconds roll off the clock before fouling Greene
