  1. Nice adjustment and catch by Reynolds, but he looking inside with the ball delivered outside He either ran the wrong route or Timmy put the ball in the wrong place
  2. “All of the players that participated in the pro day will be hoping to become USF’s first draft pick since 2018 . . .” Charlie Strong - the gift that keeps on giving
  3. Attending Spring Game? Undecided at this point Favorite USF Sports Team? Football Do you expect to increase your donation for OCS Football Season Tickets? No Favorite BULL to play in the NFL? Tyrone McKenzie (loved his tenacity) Do we drink or eat soup? Eat, since it is typically served in a bowl, not a cup. Also, why is @E.T,so obsessed with soup?
  4. I would imagine the Bucs for one Keep in mind that NFL teams have to have warm bodies for rookie mini camps, OTAs and the first few weeks of summer training. They need to find thos players someplace For those who do not remember, Pat Julmiste was invited to a Bucs Rookie Camp, so the bar is not all that high
  5. I am surprised Mohl is allowing this stream to go out . . . I mean doesn’t he know that they are playing UF in May (and possibly again in a Regional) and that Florida could get a leg up by watching the game online without having to travel to Orlando?
  6. Let’s face it - the spring game is a gloried scrimmage If CJS is afraid of giving away some sort of secret sauce (doubtfull), then he should just close the game to fans and move on
  7. His BB bio does not mention that he played football in HS - that makes it pretty risky on his part, considering he is presumably playing DE and probably has very little tackling technique (especially with his height) Seems like an injury waiting to happen
  8. This photo needs to be IM’d, tweeted, twittered, instagrammed, hashtagged, snap chatted, TikTok’d and flicker’d to every opposing quarterback that we play this season In-fact, whomever took this picture needs to immediately be put in charge of USF Football propaganda (ahem, marketing)
  9. After 23 pages of stellar, fact based discussion from TBP, VPMK has yet to take any action This is a serious case of American blind justice - too bad that Officer Obie died in 1994, or he would handle this
  10. Maybe not, but if there is a question there, hopefully the staff decides it in the Spring and not the Fall In my opinion, Timmy has the intangibles not shown by any other QB over the last 2 seasons He stands tall and confident in the pocket, his movements are fluid and he has good running instincts Both McClain and Marsh have suffered from sub-par play calling, which has emphasized their faults as opposed to working to their strengths. Weis ran an offense designed for Tom Brady and the Bucs O-Line as opposed to freshman QBs with suspect protection From the quotes put out by Trickett, things appear to be different this year. The o-line should be better based on returning experience and Trickett is committed to running plays based on the athletes skills - I assume that means more of a traditional spread attack Whoever gets the nod should be better just based on those changes alone My guess is that it will be McClain
  11. My apologies - I just could not overlook a chance to through a dig at UF. I was at the tail end of the UF/USA game - what a sight to see the Gator fans trudging out of their own stadium after getting trounced
  12. Or the merits on why BJD/QF should tryout the CFL . . . Oh wait, they both already did that
  13. If we lose 4 in a row because of poor QB play, then maybe it is time to look at who is choosing said QBs to begin with Really, this is a 3 man race - Timmy and the two freshmen. Marsh has not shown anything in 2 years, other than a propensity to throw interceptions
  14. Did you see UF play last season? After they pummeled us, they pretty much imploded, so annexation of Gainesville in-order to improve the lot of USF football is probably not worth the trouble
  15. Is cereal soup? No, because Demeter is the goddess of grain, not liquids Do you have a "favorite" conspiracy? The BCS made-up illegal forward propulsion just to hose USF What’s the most ridiculous fact you know? The human head weighs 8 pounds In one sentence, how would you sum up the internet? A black hole for any type of human productivity What are some of the nicknames you have for customers or coworkers? Hosers
  16. I kind of wonder what Durr is looking for - per an Indiana article, he only averaged 7 minutes a game for the Hoosiers, so I am guessing more playing time? Realistically, he would probably have to go to a mid-major or drop to DII to start next season. After that, his career is probably over either way.
  17. One of my all-time favorite defensive plays occurs at the 28 second mark, when Selvie strips Kyle Israel as he moves to hand-off to Kevin Smith
  18. Thank you for the insight I am excited that Trickett wants to run an offense designed around the talent that we have as opposed to trying to shoehorn the players into some vision of what a successful offense should look like
  19. Thx for posting Best part of this article IMO was the following “Trickett wants the Bulls to play faster. He wants to identify the playmakers, get them in space and take advantage of mismatches.” The worst thing Charlie did was slowdown the offense - as a result, they have been stuck in the mud now going on 5 years
  20. ISU blew out their coach and brought in new recruits - my hope stems from the belief that VPMK will eventually recognize ISU’s changes and follow the same model (probably 2023 or beyond)
  21. ISU goes from 2-22 last season to the Sweet 16 this year Clearly different situations and resources, but turnarounds do happen in MBB Hopefully USF is next
  22. Just checked the stats - 5-1 Mercer bottom of the 5th Hopefully USF can rally
