    Looks like both D'Earnest Johnson and Rodney Adams will begin the season on the 53 man. Awesome!

    Was telling a buddy of mine we should scrap the rest of the bowl game system and implement a backup tournament of the next best 16 teams. Kind of like footballs version of the NIT. Can name each game of that tournament after current bowl games and set the championship as the most recognized bowl game not taken by the CFP already. Better than having half of CFB in a bowl game and could add some really exciting games if you ask me...

    Would've loved for Miami to sign Mack but I think Malcom Brown makes more sense for them at that price point. Most importantly, he's not injured. He's also more of a goal line back that will be a more useful compliment to an every down back I expect them to target in the draft.

    Very impressed. So many things I liked in this press conference from start to finish. The two things that stood out to me, his immediate committal to hopping on board as a donor and the presence and support from his Clemson guys that were there in the room (yes, they are likely on a recruiting trip, but still shows what kind of a person they think CJS is). He really sounds like a stand up guy. Personally, my excitement for the program has plummeted since CWT left. Can't wait to support and follow this program under CJS.

    Also worth noting that the CFB Playoff is a bit more important than the Birmingham Bowl, and also more important than the Cotton Bowl

    I don't think it's unreasonable to think and hope for 6 wins next year. Scott Frost took UCF to a bowl game after 0-12. This isn't the NFL. If CJS is a great coach, he'll win here early.
