    Watched some of the Temple game to look more closely at the defense. I know I know I'm a masochist. Anyway, it seems we were in a 4-3 alignment some and even in a 3-4 on some downs with one of the d lineman standing like an OLB and sadly nothing seemed to change. They went through us like a hot knife through butter. Defense and especially run defense is about attitude and toughness and the current personnel we have lacks both and I don't think that gets fixed in a week. Lastly, I hope we see more of Cecil Cherry this game. That guy has some size and a bit of nasty streak to him which is something this D sorely needs.

    Not to nick pick Bourbon...FSU actually rushed for 478 yards, the Bulls got 290 on the ground. Not that the extra yards were needed to prove your point.

    Didn't realize they are 11-1 in conference since joining the AAC. Unreal! He is a great example of good coaching and recruiting to a system and how that leads to success.     I was gonna go with 56 in the prediction thread and instead went with 49. I figured we'd get lucky and force a punt or two or maybe get a TO. These drives by Navy are gonna be hard to watch. First down after first down clock eating drives. With all the running they do, I'll bet their games are 3 hours or under. Hang in there Bulls fans this might be an ugly week.

    The question is what does "good to go" mean. If it means he's not at 100% and will play then we'll see the same Flowers we saw at Navy last year where his run game was very limited. If he is full speed with no drop off in his running ability then we have a fighting chance. And then there's the defense
