UF and Idaho have mutual off dates so I would imagine it gets replayed. That would be a lot of money that UF would have to refund.

Yea that is exactly what I was thinking. Same with Louisiana State, I think Jim is trying to trick people. Sure, Wisconsin's QB was a little suspect....he was playing LSU in basically a road game in Week 1. When is the last time a QB had a good performance against LSU? It is pretty safe to say that we are toast against Wisconsin. Let's just hope that Mack can get a little bit of yards and keep the clock moving.

i think you all are putting way too much emphasis on what other conference members do. the AAC will never be respected like the P5. Houston could have won this game by 50 and it wouldn't matter. UConn could have beaten BYU and it wouldn't have mattered. We just need to worry about who we are playing and win those games. We do that for 3 or 4 years straight and we can get somewhere if there is another conference shift. but let's not have a meltdown each time an AAC team loses and OOC game.

Aaron Lynch had a GREAT game on Sunday and Troy Aikman wouldn't shut up about him. size, speed, and strength can make up for a lot. look at Richard Sherman. He went from playing WR his whole life and in college to moving to DB in the NFL and in about 2 years he was one of the best in the league.

my league that i use to play in have caved at the last minute. looking for money leagues with around $50-$100 per team buy ins. h2h league, with PPR scoring.

It should be in the Sundome from here on out. Maybe have some events outside as well for the kids but keep the players in the Dome. Great way to show off the place. I have been to pretty much every Fan Fest since the Leavitt days (that makes me feel old that we now can call it "the Leavitt Days" and this was the best one. Maybe bringing it on campus and the rain keep some of the crowds away but you had more access to the players today then in any previous year. Indoors is a must though. The players were great. I was impressed with their willingness to engage a conversation with my young (and shy) kids. We are clearly developing well-spoken young men and you can bet that Coach Taggart deserves some credit for that. Only thing that kinda bothered me is the people who had like 4+ posters with them as they went thru the signing lines. That should be limited in future years. Maybe like a 2 autograph per player per person limit. I was behind a lady who had 6 posters and a helmet. I finally jumped ahead of her. I saw Grothe out there as well. Left just as he was leaving. Mentioned something to him about how i bet he wished it was indoors when we played and he agreed. Said a lot has changed around the program and it sounded like he meant that in a positive way.

my favorite cuban is Moreno's Bakery in Brandon. not only is it a huge sandwich for the price but they use real meat that looks like you would eat on Thanksgiving. doesn't look like lunch meat at all.

VoodooFive guys rely on their own eyeballs and football IQ. (i dont know each of their resumes but i would say its probably low) beat writers rely on talking to coaches. both have their flaws but i am willing to bet that we have a great group this year. Taggart doesnt BS. his staff won't BS.
