This should be a good year for average attendance with FSU and UCF coming to Ray Jay. Not going to guess at actual numbers but depending how the season goes we could see a nice spike. In part, we now have a team on the field that is very exciting to watch.

ECU has had a great fan base for many years.

Bet the over......You have to believe that you can win every game on your schedule until you don't. So each and every week I will go into it thinking we can win this game. I'm going with the shampoo mentality......rinse and repeat.

Throw on top of all this mess is the question of how you would do divisions. I mean you have 4 Texas schools....then two in Kanas and two in Oklahoma. Iowa State sits by itself not to far away and West Virginia on an island by itself. Is it going to be an East vs West or do they do a North vs South. I'm just glad I am not in the middle of trying to decide this. I also believe that there are fewer rumors about USF because we have kept a low profile. I for one like doing it this way. Maintain your self respect and work quietly behind the scenes. I mean it is no secret everyone wants in on the dance.

No reason for this team not to have a great run this year. Like someone said one game at a time. I for one would like these guys to come out and play with an attitude......like the old Hurricanes....we are the best on the field and we will show you and then rub your face in it. Conference title....Yup......beat FSU....like a drum....win on the road....own them.....The Bulls fear no one ! My prediction: Lots of great games......drink a lot of beer....eat some brats....enjoy another year of USF football.

Pre-season predictions are like being at the bar at 1:30 AM....everyone looks great but the next morning can leave you with a hell of a hangover

The FSU game may be the best barometer we have in the early season. If we can score on that defense during meaningful times of the game I feel we can score on anyone in our conference. We should have high hopes going into 2016 when you look at last year. Starting with the Cuse game Willie finally let Flowers be Flowers and the offense started cooking. I see no reason to think we will regress in 2016. Not gonna put a number on it but I for one have high expectations for the Bulls.

She was awesome.....better then any football I saw the Bulls playing on that same field.

So who is the writer in the Tampa/St Pete area that is writing an article about why USF belongs in the Big 12......crickets.....more crickets.

AZMODI.......Sorry my man but almost all sports pages/writers dump on the home team when they lose unless it has just come to be expected. The Sentinel wrote all kinds of negative stories about the Knights and their fall from grace last year. I mean the Thanksgiving weekend story was about the girl dancing by herself in the stadium. While it made me laugh I am sure none of the UCF fans thought it was funny(well maybe some cause it was really funny)

How could anyone possibly write a positive article about USF MBB ? Have you seen them play ? It is embarrassing. You want to talk about the coach....I say look to SMU and see what a real coach can do in a short period of time. I have spent too many years following USF MBB and IMHO this is some of the worst I have ever seen. I think losing Holston was a shot to the heart because he seemed to be the heart. After I posted we have never been consistently good someone tried to tell me how good we were not to long ago and pointed out 3 NIT appearances with Lee Rose and then another and three NCAA appearances. What about the 20 year lapse ? USF used to be BB only and I spent over 20 years going to the games including post season conference tournaments but I won't drive to Orlando now to see them play because there is no hope of them wining more then one game. I am sorry but FB can take years to rebuild but BB should not. Next year ? I hope for the best but short of being in the top 2 or 3 teams in the conference I doubt we get much better press coverage. I mean writing about MBB is like writing about and old ACL injury....who really wants to read it. There will remain a small core of loyal fans no matter what but it is still sad to see the state of USF MBB. In case you think I hate or don't support them.....you would be dead wrong...always have and always will.

Reminds me of the Matt Yobe days......just try and get the ball upcourt. My real question is when has USF BB ever been consistently good ? A year here and a year there but that is all I remember.

Buy tickets ??? LOL....that stadium will be so empty...maybe worse then a "U" game. They could give tickets away and you might not hit 30k. This will be a big loser for USF in terms of money. They will have to buy their ticket allotment which they won't be close to selling. All I can say is buy your tickets thru USF(helps the school) and don't worry where the seats are cause you will be able to sit anywhere. Go to the game and show USF has a following and stop in West Palm on the way down....some great clubs there.

Time and wins.

Not trying to take credit away from Flowers because the first four games he was not put in a position to be successful but to me the big change came in the Cuse game when the play calling changed. No longer did they wait till third and long or down 20 in the fourth quarter to start passing. Cuse and after, the passing game was included during the whole game. It was a fail or succed move. Saw some ugly passing and some nice throws early and Q just got better with time. Very much looking towards to some great USF football in the future... GO BULLS!

I'm thinking two touchdowns.

Pretty insulting to USF.....especially with the follow up beating of Cincinnati.
