    great idea, no need to be charging absurd ticket prices (looking at you, Rays) at least until the team starts winning get people in the stands, celebrate that football is back.

    read option, GB keeps it and throws for a 7 yard gain to weaver, who is immediately tackled at the feet and has no room to run. spoiler alert, a punt will ensue 3 plays later & I will be grabbing another beer at that point make it two beers if there is a false start or a holding on the first play edit: will need more than that....

    wow I was on the fence about using gold pants but it looks pretty great with this new jersey and a better gold helmet! interested to see when/if we use a white jersey/gold pants & god's helmet (white + gold U) as an away option seems this season there is alot more diversity for the kit and i'm all here for it. thank you adidas for not screwing this one up.

    you ever have that feeling where you just want someone to succeed so badly because they are genuinely a good person and make the world a better place? that's brad cecil. he's done so much for USF and he just seems like an overall wonderful guy. when he's a pro bull i'm getting his jersey no matter where he plays. same with Grier. i'd run through a brick wall to see him play in the pros and see him capitalize on all the hard work at USF. great dudes on this team

    my favorite opposing team message board moment was TTU in 2018 absolutely no one knew about USF. everyone was saying that game was going to be so easy. god that was a sweet victory, even though it doesnt take much to beat a middle school in Lubbock, Texas also, I have no idea what to expect on a Mormon university's message board, but it certainly wasnt that comment above

    fortin's one stand out skill was the arm strength. that spring game when he just had an absolute cannon of an arm, proved to everyone he can throw really well. His decision making and ability to scramble were never factors in a game setting to me. also, GB has a much better team around him, especially the o-line

    no doubt. they really looked awful at the end of last season. c. took advantage of that. I think they may have put some pieces back together but the way I see it, this is a GB1 turning point game - all of this watchlist hype can become a reality in a game like this. if GB helps take us to victory against FL, in the swamp, I can only imagine the stats will merit further consideration in those national award lists

    GB will be great if he can have enough time in the pocket to make decisions, and that is particularly relevant in this BYU game fingers crossed the o-line can hold up long enough for us

    the onside kick decision was horrendous. not sure if that was him or the special teams coordinator insisting it, but overall, it must be horrible to be a Nebraska fan after that kind of game

    7-5?! I could only hope. I'd be over the moon excited with a comfortable 7 win season. I wonder which early season non-conference game they would have us winning in that scenario. that is 3 wins more than what I think is a realistic outcome

    just having the environment of college football back is awesome. one of my favorite things is PAC 12 after dark. full day of CFB behind you, and you turn on the west coast games. amazing.

    I disagree with four power conferences the distance between the SEC & BIG 10 from ACC/BIG 12 is too much. I still believe this is a power 2 situation for years to come until there is as larger restructuring of the playoff or TV deals. with that said I also still hope USF can join the ACC in the next few years as things shake up. ....and become a basketball school and get sponsored by jordan..... THERE'S NO REASON WE CAN'T BE GREAT AT BASKETBALL

    should be a solid game. I feel in my gut this will be a massive road win, a turning point for the season no matter what happens in the first few games before. at this point the team should be understanding more of the play style, getting into the groove of games again, and GB1 will be #1 on the heisman watch list
